All Longchamp items are created with the utmost care in our workshops. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules:
• Protect the product from heavy rain.
• Avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example).
• Avoid prolonged exposure to bright light.
• For dark-colored items, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics, especially in a humid environment.
• For light-colored items, avoid friction with other materials or prints whose colors may rub off (jeans for example).
• Be careful not to scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces.
• After use, we recommend storing your product in a case, away from light, humidity and heat.
To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.
We ship only inside Finland (Excluding Åland). We offer free delivery for all orders over 80 €. Our shipping partner is Posti.

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. You have 30 days to familiarize yourself with your products and make your purchase decision. Returning the product is free of charge and you do not need to inform us of the return in advance. We cannot process exchanges on returned items. If you want to exchange the item you ordered, please return it using the instructions mentioned here, and make a new order for the desired item.
You should handle a product you intend to return and its original packaging carefully. If you have used the product or handled it carelessly, you will be held responsible for any decrease in the product’s value up to its full value. Remember to return all parts and the user instructions.

You can use the return label that came with the parcel, if for some reason the return label was not included or you lost it, you can use our return customer number in Posti to make the return. Our return number is 646824.
Ask for a receipt for your return. The receipt is verification that the product has been returned. Please retain the receipt for at least 3 months.
